A chemical wash is a thorough deep-clean of your aircon's internal components using a specially formulated cleaning solution. It removes mould, bacteria, mineral deposits, and stubborn dirt that a standard cleaning cannot reach. We recommend a chemical wash once a year or when you notice bad smells, reduced airflow, or the unit blowing warm air despite being set to cool.

A full chemical overhaul goes further than a chemical wash — it includes dismantling and soaking the fan coil, clearing the condensate drain line, and inspecting the outdoor compressor unit. This is ideal for heavily soiled units or units that have not been serviced in over a year.
